Orders may be declined or canceled if an item becomes unavailable, a payment cannot be processed, or an obvious listing error occurs; if payment was collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded. Jewelry may contain plated finishes, natural variations and delicate settings; read each product's material and size information before purchasing. Original LUNVI writing and website content may not be reproduced without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be waived. Shipping & Delivery
LUNVI currently fulfills jewelry orders through its commerce and fulfillment partners. Available shipping methods, destinations, taxes, and charges are shown during checkout. Processing and transit times vary with stock, destination, and carrier and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in your order confirmation. Tracking details will be sent when available. Please verify your delivery address before paying and contact support@stargirls.world with your order number if a shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged. International duties or import charges, when applicable, should be disclosed at checkout or by the shipping provider.

Final Sale & Order Issues
All jewelry sales are final. LUNVI does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong size, and does not offer discretionary refunds. Please review the product description, materials, measurements, finish, and selected options before purchasing. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact support@stargirls.world promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide any repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law. This policy does not limit statutory rights, rights relating to non-delivery, or rights under applicable payment and consumer-protection laws. Do not send merchandise back without contacting us for instructions.

Check the Product Details tab for the specific material and stone information. How can I track an order? Use the shipping confirmation or contact customer care with your order number. Are refunds available? All sales are final except where a remedy is required by law; see Returns & Exchanges. Are the dedications real? Each piece is named for a person or relationship in the founder's life. The memories and meanings are personal; they do not imply that LUNVI manufactures every component in-house.
